Uygulamaya yuklediginiz veya bagladiginiz iceriklerin (ses dosyalari, stream baglantilari, bulut dosyalari, Jamendo parcalari) kullanim haklarindan siz sorumlusunuz.
Telif hakki veya lisans ihlali olusturabilecek icerikleri izinsiz kullanmamaniz gerekir.

DRM korumali icerikler Mixcore tarafindan desteklenmez.

Mixcore Stage: Stage uzerinden SES YAYINLANMAZ. Yalnizca beat/tempo zamanlama sinyali gonderilir ve izleyiciler web sayfasinda yalnizca gorsel sahneyi gorur, muzik duymaz.
Stage'e yukledeginiz ozel gorsel varliklar (HDR ortam goruntusu vb.) icin gerekli kullanim hakkina sahip olmaniz gerekir. Stage sayfaniz ve handle'iniz herkese aciktir.
Mixcore, ticari ve acik kaynak ucuncu taraf bilesenler icerir. Bunlarin tam listesi ve lisanslari uygulama icindeki lisans bilgilerinde ve proje dokumantasyonunda sunulur.
Baslicalari: Superpowered Audio SDK (ticari lisans), Ableton Link SDK (Ableton AG), htdemucs ve Beat This! yapay ogrenme modelleri (MIT), three.js (MIT).
"Ableton" ve "Link" Ableton AG'nin ticari markalaridir. "Jamendo" Jamendo S.A.'nin ticari markasidir. Diger tum marka ve urun adlari ilgili sahiplerine aittir.

Uygulanan filtreler ve denetim: Handle secimi otomatik olarak filtrelenir; uygunsuz ifade veya rezerve kelime iceren handle'lar reddedilir. Sahneye yuklenen her ozel HDR gorseli, herkese acik sayfada gosterilmeden ONCE incelenir; onaylanana kadar sahne varsayilan ortam gorseli ile calisir.

Aksiyon: Bildirimi hakli bulundugumuzda icerigi kaldirir, gerektiginde ilgili hesabi askiya alir ve tekrar eden ihlallerde kalici olarak kapatiriz. Askiya alinan hesabin herkese acik sayfasi erisime kapanir ve yayin yapamaz.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Mixcore mobile app and its features.
By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Mixcore provides:
Mixcore does not offer, host, or distribute a music catalog. Mixcore is a performance tool.
You are responsible for all rights and licenses for content you load or connect in the app (audio files, stream URLs, cloud files, Jamendo tracks).
You must not use content in violation of copyright or other rights.
Determining where you may use a given piece of content (private listening, free event, paid event, broadcast, published recording) is your responsibility.
DRM-protected content is not supported by Mixcore.
Apple Music tracks cannot be imported into Mixcore because of DRM restrictions.
Mixcore does not break, bypass, or circumvent any DRM protection. Attempting to do so is prohibited under section 11.
Google Drive connection works through authorization granted by each user with their own Google account.
Mixcore accesses your Google Drive for reading only; it does not write or delete files.
Compliance with Google API/OAuth terms and policies is the user's responsibility.
Changes on Google services may affect connection and import behavior.
Mixcore provides access to Creative Commons licensed music through the Jamendo API. Audio is served by Jamendo; Mixcore only provides the interface and is not the rights holder of these tracks.
Every track in the Jamendo catalog carries ITS OWN Creative Commons license; the catalog is not under a single license. These licenses differ significantly in what they require:
Mixcore displays each track's license code in search results. Checking the license and complying with its terms before using a track is your responsibility.
Creative Commons licenses always require crediting the artist and the work (attribution). This obligation continues when you use the track in a set or a recording.
Where commercial use requires a different license, you must obtain it through Jamendo's own licensing service.
Mixcore does not technically block playback of an NC or ND licensed track; it makes the license visible and leaves the decision to you.
Addresses you enter through the Stream URL feature are stored only on your device, in your own library.
Mixcore does not recommend, list, index, or share any stream address between users. With respect to this feature Mixcore acts solely as a conduit and has no knowledge of, or claim about, the rights status of the content you connect to.
By entering an address you represent that you have the right to access and use the content at that address.
Using this feature to reach a source protected by access control, a paywall, or DRM is prohibited.
Recording: Mix recordings made with Mixcore are stored on your device only. Kodlib does not upload, inspect, or share these recordings.
A mix recording is a derivative work of the tracks it contains. License restrictions of the source tracks (e.g. CC BY-ND or CC BY-NC) carry over to the recording. Securing the necessary rights before sharing, publishing, or commercially using a recording is your responsibility.
Mixcore Stage: NO AUDIO IS BROADCAST through Stage. Only beat/tempo timing signals are sent, and viewers see only the visual stage on the web page — they do not hear music.
You must hold the necessary rights for any custom visual assets (HDR environment images and similar) you upload to Stage. Your Stage page and handle are publicly accessible.
Mixcore includes commercial and open source third-party components. The full list and their licenses are provided in the app's license information and in the project documentation.
Principal components: Superpowered Audio SDK (commercial license), Ableton Link SDK (Ableton AG), the htdemucs and Beat This! machine learning models (MIT), three.js (MIT).
"Ableton" and "Link" are trademarks of Ableton AG. "Jamendo" is a trademark of Jamendo S.A. All other brand and product names belong to their respective owners.
The following are prohibited:
Mixcore source code, design, trademarks, and related components belong to Kodlib or relevant right holders.
Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative use is prohibited.
Kodlib may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice, or without notice when required.
No feature is guaranteed to remain available at all times.
Changes to the terms of third-party services (Google Drive, Jamendo, Apple) may cause the related feature to be limited or removed.
The app is provided "as is".
Kodlib provides no express or implied warranty regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or identical performance on all devices.
Subject to mandatory law, Kodlib is not liable for:
Users are responsible for their own backups and operational precautions.
Kodlib may restrict or terminate access in case of terms violation or security risk.
Mixcore Stage contains two forms of user-generated content: the public handle (username) and the custom HDR environment image uploaded to the stage.
Kodlib enforces ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The following are prohibited:
Violations result in removal of the content and suspension or permanent termination of the account without prior notice.
Filtering and review: Handle selection is filtered automatically; handles containing offensive expressions or reserved words are rejected. Every custom HDR image is reviewed BEFORE it appears on the public page; until approved, the stage runs with the default environment image.
Reporting: Every public Stage page carries a "Report this page" link in the lower corner. Reports reach Kodlib directly and are reviewed within 24 hours. You may also write to info@kodlib.com.
Action: When a report is upheld, we remove the content, suspend the account where warranted, and permanently terminate accounts for repeat violations. A suspended account's public page becomes inaccessible and cannot broadcast.
If you believe content published on Mixcore Stage infringes your rights, you may send a notice to info@kodlib.com.
Please state the right you believe is infringed, the address of the Stage page in question, and your contact details.
Kodlib reviews valid notices within a reasonable time and removes the content where warranted.
Kodlib may revise these Terms of Use.
Updated terms become effective on publication.
Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated terms.
